Inglenook Yoga is Birmingham's first black-owned yoga studio [November 21st, 2023] powered by a $20,000 GoFundMe campaign.

We are accredited with the National Yoga Alliance and offer a 200-Hr Full Spectrum Yoga Teacher Training, a (3) Day Continued Education Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, and a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training.

Aside from training we offer weekly yoga classes suitable for beginner level yogis.
